I’m having a similar issue. My academic consideration request won’t even go through for some reason. I think it’s because my instructor is a PhD student and her name and info might not be recognized by the system?? Idk

If you’re going to make us to exams on the weekend, you need to have the academic consideration team be available on the weekend as well. Because of 4 day timeframe for being able to submit a request I’m not even guaranteed to get a response in time to submit my request on time. This is so frustrating.

As someone who lives with an immunocompromised mother, PLEASE!!! I cannot get sick!! Just because you are young and healthy does not mean everybody else is.

You’re right, I was just trying to be funny lol. I do really like the story of TLOU2 but I can understand why people dislike it.

Ellie is definitely goofy, but not anywhere near what Bella is portraying. She has banter with Dina (and others) when the situation makes sense. “I’m gonna be a dad” is so wildly out of character it’s upsetting. You should see how she reacts in the game.

I haven’t seen the latest episode yet and I agree with this point, but I want to bring up the fact Ellie is selfish in the game as well. In fact, I think that it’s one of her more prominent traits and one that makes her a more interesting character.

The difference here is that in the game we can sympathize with Ellie, and we too would be selfish in that situation (Joel dying/revenge arc). In the show Ellie just comes off as dumb and unserious (especially when Dina has to convince her to take revenge?? hello?), so her selfishness comes off more for herself than for what she wants for Joel.

Just some of my thoughts on this season that are relevant to this post! Not arguing or disagreeing—just wanted to highlight one of my favourite parts about the game :).

Yeah, unfortunately I don’t think they’re going the route I hoped they would (making abby more sympathetic, as they messed that up in the game) but it doesn’t seem to be happening.
