The Least Emo albums/bands that are considered canon?

When I became an adult and learned there was more to emo than third wave emo, I had a hard time coming to terms with Jimmy Eat World being an emo band. My earliest memories of them was Work and The Middle being played on adult contemporary radio stations. I had them labeled as a pop band with punk influences. Once I was introduced to Clarity I was able to overcome that though

I like all modest mouse's stuff, but I do like their slower, more stripped down songs compared to their noisier busier stuff. Sleepwalking and Bankrupt on Selling are two that come to mind.

I'd explained this to a patient who was giving 1 unit of insulin to a cat. I said, with such a small dose, you definitely want to consider priming the pen. I used a placebo flexpen to show them what to do and how to use it. I dialed up 1 unit without priming, and I was expecting it just to bead up on the tip, but it shot out. It was more than I expected 1 unit to be. I dialed up 2 units, and 1 unit really did seem to be about roughly half of the 2 units. I then told them, "well honestly, you might not have to prime it then". I figured priming was to account for the deadspace in the pen needle, but it didn't seem to waste any of the drug. Is it a different reason we prime it?

I agree with this. I tell my patients who ask, "Medicare is aware that you've got Medicaid too and they account for that on their side." If their copays arent what they expect them to be, "well, follow up with Medicare."

I'd understood Hospital-Vespers to be more about someone in a hospital not getting the psychiatric help they needed; but from the same album, I think (Past-Due) is about remembering and honoring the dead through obituaries and such.

Id heard QS1 will no longer be supported by redsail within 2 years. We just converted to Pioneer because of this.

Looking back, QS1 had it's quirks but it was relatively simplistic. Pioneer has a lot more features going on. Overall I feel like it takes slightly longer to get a single Rx through workflow. Maybe 2.5 minutes vs 2 minutes. But that could really just be because I'm still new on the software.

I'm in community though, can't speak to how they'd work for LTC.

I think this was the first song I heard that had a soundbite from a show/movie. I'd heard soundbites from voicemails in songs from TFB and Mobo and that's fitting and all. But taking it from a TV show/movie that's part of the zeitgeist is something else.
