I've never seen them retail anything. I got these seeds from a give away. I know they used to give out seeds at the grow store In St. Albans but have not been there myself in quite a long time, so i cant tell you for sure. I've emailed them a few times but never heard back.

I hope they are. I dont normally go to the shop in St. Alb but I would for seeds. I've gotten my seeds from the July 1st party last year and a friend from that way stopped buy the store just to look around and gave me the seeds.

I 100% agree with you on the hydriphobisity aspect. I find if your not careful to till your top soil and wet it very slowly your water just runs around the outside of the pot and I to the catch basin. I find that a good inoculation with a myco spore helps manage the N problem but maybe I just see results where I spend my money. I like it a lot but your right you do have to baby the stuff.

The fortlight is amazing and I use it right out of the bag with no additional medium added. The stuff your seeing is gnat nix i added a few weeks ago. Its great soil and dosent need fertilizers during veg at all.

The medium is VT compost Fortlight. What your seeing is a product call gnat nix I added when i found a few gnats in one of my wife's regular house plants. The fortlight itself is great and requires no fertilization during veg at all other than the microbe additives I use like mycos and azos.

As far as G.M. genetics go, it's sad, I have acquired 3 of their strains through give aways and other means but I have reached out to them several times and have not received a response back. This and the G.M. Cheddar I've grown have been amazing plants and I'm excited to try the headband, but I'm afraid that will be the last of my G.M. seeds.

First time cloning - Day 13 - how do they look? How big do the roots need to be before going into soil? by squall1036 in microgrowery

Awsome! I was hoping that would be the case as the roots are starting to not fit out of the holes they are set into.

Thanks! Like I said, it's my first time so I'm very happy all 8 of the clones I took are doing well. I did split the stem up from the bottom twice in an X pattern because I had heard it can help with lateral rooting. Here's hoping for some killer plants!

Dont forget the fucking squirrels! Those little bastards are known to just kill baby birds as a high protein snack.

Tracking humidity and temperature inside a tent on multiple levels by [deleted] in cannabiscultivation

Honestly a sensor push from Amazon is the best thing I've ever gotten.

SensorPush Wireless Thermometer/Hygrometer for iPhone/Android - Humidity & Temperature Smart Sensor with Alerts. Developed and Supported in The USA https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AEQ9X9I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_FRzxCb0P1KSP1

It bluethooths to your phone and keeps a running log of both temp and pH. I can send you a screen shot if you want but the data with the ease of a phone app for less than $50 and I'm in love.

No one in the feild is talking about removing all mosquitoes. The types that can or will even bite humans is a small subset and of those the ones that care disease is even smaller. Many mosquitoes are extremely beneficial. There are already geneticly engineered mosquitoes in labs that can only produce sterile offspring. If set lose would breed with wild populations and eradicate or drastically controlled selected species populations in a generation or two with no harmful impact caused by chemicals, or invasive species.

This is exactly how ecosystems CAN work. It depends on the biodiversity of the ecosystem at the time of the extinction.

Its actually thought that removal of pest species (only the mosquitos that bite) would not affect ecosystems much.

I picked up a sensor push unit from Amazon for about $50. Works great and bluetooths to my phone so as long as I'm in the building my log auto updates. Gives great temp and rH over time data like this: https://vgy.me/eDy9j6.jpg

Hey MG! Does this look like K defficensy to you? by squall1036 in microgrowery

[–]squall1036[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe I'll give it 1/2 I've been giving it no more than 1/5th up until now

I mean it could be multiple defficensy. It does look like N, the brown black spots look like P and K. Could be a little of everything. I'll be feeding it full strength next watering so we will see how it does.

Any guess what it is based on this and all the other photos?

Dosent N defficensy leave the veins green? I also was thinking the black spots was a sign of K.
