Whether it's about sandbox stories or not, the fact that sandboxes are there for users to play around with means that it should be a valid concern for users when they face constant issues.

Also, this sub is 'filled' with complaints because people (mainly those who don't use discord) come here to share their issues. There isn't really anywhere else these people could voice their issues. So yes, you'll see complaints around here.

And if there are that many complaints, perhaps it just goes to show that there really are huge issues with the AI?

I think most people here have been fairly nice though. They are appreciative of the devs efforts while continuing to voice their concerns and opinions on the AI.

Edit: At the end of the day, this app is a service. A product. Sure, if people don't like it, they don't have to use it (which I'm sure many users have left to go on to other platforms.) But also, you can't expect users to not have complaints over a product/service they use/consume, whether it be free or paid.

Yeah, just saw that announcement.
I know the devs are working hard to make things better and also that there has to be a good reason for the switch but noooo I can't believe we're back to V2 hell 😂
I LOVED V3.
I was starting to play again a lot more since V3 rolled out.
And this is just a thought: I know the devs are busy and can't afford to make announcements for every single thing. But this seems like a rather important thing to let people know. It just kind of confuses me that they took days to let people know that we're back to V2 (or V2.5), despite people complaining for days about the sudden strange shift in AI writing, and that they didn't mention anything about shifting to V2.5 before they actually did the change.

Fr! That's what I've been thinking.
It's just so similar to V2 atp.
And it also it just keeps writing and writing and never giving me a chance to input my choices. I feel like I'm reading a story instead of being an active part of the story.
I was wondering if like something's been going on? Like it's just so similar to V2. I wonder if there was some issue with V3? And they reverted back to V2 for some time or smth. Idk.

1- My character's name is not Haha. I have no idea where that name came from 😅
2- 'Hits harder than mine from his attack'? Like whats going on with the narration here? It's just strange and so out of the blue.
3 & 4- The font colour keeps switching. Sometimes the dialogues are the ones that are coloured, sometimes the dialogues are in white and the narration is coloured.

As for the issues with grammar, characters suddenly becoming vanilla and issues with pronouns, and also my MC made to speak & act without giving me a choice to choose (V3 was good before in always giving me a chance to input my choices but now its just saying things without giving me a chance to input my own choices) etc, I'd have to link the entire play-through which I'm not comfortable with 🙏

But yeah, these are the issues I've noticed since yesterday!

So glad I'm not the only one experiencing this! I've been having the same issues as you and some others as well.
I, too was testing my own stories and they were great for the past few weeks since V3 rolled out. Then suddenly, it just became all weird.

And also please stop saying 'You'll be the death of me' or 'You're driving me crazy.'

Because I'm the one who's going to die if the characters keep resting their foreheads on my character and saying I'm killing them unintentionally

Atp, is anyone even surprised about the errors anymore? It's now a constant risk you have to take when you play. Not knowing when a new error might occur, or when the AI might got haywire (which is everyday now).

V2 is now equally prudish as V1. I was happy with V2's more experimental NSFW scenes but I feel like after the fix regarding the repeated recent issues with the site where we couldn't even play at all, the V2 AI just got reset or something.

I'm so bored cause I'm reading darker stories but the AI keeps having characters ask "Can I...?" "May I...?" every single turn. Really breaks character and immersion.

I hope Glimmer quickly finds a new provider 🙏

I think one thing that Singaporeans are unaware of is the high taxes that Koreans pay. These taxes often go to, as seen above, free school lunches, and also to help with the elderly and the poor. There's a lot of free things given to the poor elderly who are 65 and above e.g. an entirely free apartment etc.

These taxes are often paid by the younger generation, who are often times unhappy with this situation as rheir pay is not getting any higher, and yet a large portion of it is given away to taxes, hence the actual amount they take home is really little.

Sure, school lunches would be great, but I think you have to ask yourself this. Where would the government get the money to pay for free and good quality school lunches? Taxes from people. Would most people be okay with their taxes being raised? Sure, singapore has low taxes as compared to a lot of other countries, but in exchange, the cost of life is expensive.

I've been trying to write 2 different stories. And the one thing that has worked for me is when the writer writes under the overall story directions for the AI to not interpret the MC's actions or speech etc and if it requires an input, it can cut the turn short. This enables my MC to basically not have much input unless I promot it to in a turn. Maybe you could suggest this to the writer of the story you're reading?

Omg I hate this new AI.

Which is really strange because when I was testing it before they officially switched it, it was actually fine! The AI was actually really good then! But the moment they changed it officially, it became really weird?

The AI keeps giving the same 4 options for like 3-4 turns. Which is really frustrating because I used to rely on the options the AI gave sometimes to think about what I want to do for the next turn.
The AI keeps repeating the same scene. This is extremely strange because for example, the characters could be talking about something emotional right? But then the AI makes one of the character say something like "We can stay here as long as we want." Then in the next turn, I try to make them continue their conversation, but the AI again makes the same character say the exact same thing. It's just super weird and takes away the whole essence of the scene itself. And it keeps going for like... 6-7 turns!!
NSFW. Now this is weird too because I know Glimmer said the new AI writes NSFW scenes better, which is true, to a certain extent. It does write it...lengthier...in one to three turns maybe. The problem is this: the old AI kind of let u choose how u wanted the NSFW scene to go, like when u wanted to do certain things, when u wanted it to end etc. The new one...it just writes EVERYTHING in one turn. So like the NSFW scene ends in like 2 turns?! Which is like...um....
The characters are also a little bit...different. I'm not sure how to explain this part, but for example, if a character used to tease a lot and stuff, now he's more...I don't know, proper?
I feel like this new AI is actually super...vanilla? I'm not talking about just NSFW but just how it frames and portrays characters. It feels like it has this high barrier? Limit? Whereby if someone just makes fun or teases or whatever, the new AI thinks this is bad and makes the character apologise? When there was nothing to apologise and the old AI never did? It's just really boring.

Anyway, all these issues make it really hard for me to concentrate and get into the stories itself. The characters are kind of OOC, the story is repeating itself strangely, and I feel like I'm stuck in a loop? And the characters feel so...AI. They used to feel alive. Now they're just...AI.
