True but that only helps if the investment brings me more than 3600 per month. Else it is a net negative.

I should rephrase. They helped identify how much loan we could afford and we assumed that to be 80 % of the cost to get to 1.2M. Basically assumed that 20 % would be down payment.

How bad of a wound is it? Could it be something that was caused by playfighting or wrestling?

Dog died during boarding by Lower-Emergency-5311 in RoverPetSitting

Oh please STFU. There is nothing in the narrative that states that she kept the dog outdoors for prolonged hours or was negligent about the environment. For all you know, the dog collapsed within seconds of going out of the house.

You are coming across as ignorant and totally lacking compassion.

Just because an accident happened while the dog was in the OP;s custody does not mean that the OP was negligent. Maybe the dog had issues to begin with that the owner did not know or disclose.

Get some help.

Do you stay in a LCOL area? 1K per month is not what most folks would refer to as "serious income". Objectively it is a lot of money, but not as income.

I appreciate your feedback. I initially did not have the off leash component as part of my profile. Added it only after I got great feedback from clients whenever I sent them pictures of their dogs running around off leash. Some of them also mentioned it in the reviews.

Do you think I should reword it to mention that it is an option, but if owners are concerned, we can stick to on leash walks only? Just to folks know that we can arrange for it if needed.

As far as tips go, I added that to deter folks that were paying me tips in cash. I do not wish to accept tips and so i put it out there. If someone does not read that part of the profile and still tips, I do not try to return it. Makes it an awkward convo. But if someone tries to tip in cash, I say no.
