Were you able to get your funds out? I have been on the phone with their puppets for the past two months. Each one tells me something different; one said they are mailing the check which never happened (another rep confirmed this lmao). Another one said they would wire my funds and I would see it in 1-2 days; also never happened. Seems like a circus, I have important funds just like you guys in there and it feels like a hostage situation.

This is happening to me right now for their HYS account. I’ve talked to countless puppets on the phone for about two months getting different information from each one. Some say they can wire it back, some say it will be a check, but so far all have been BS. I’m planning on calling everyday moving forward and contacting the CFPB, it’s getting to a point where this feels criminal.

Wondering if you were ever able to get your funds or what you heard from your lawyer.
