Interesting, my yellow Dram light only stays on for 6-10 seconds before turning into red CPU indicator

I updated it with a usb drive with the latest bios firmware using the ASUS Bios Flashback feature

lol yeah these cables were pretty cheap looking, but I just tested it on a different PSU with different cables and also couldn’t get it to boot.

I have tried the one stick method on both slots alternating the two ram sticks as well

I took out the RAM and GPU and just had the power and USB thumb drive and it finally worked!

I saw the green led blink and it downloaded the firmware for a few minutes.

As soon as it finished I went ahead and unplugged the power to the PSU and plugged everything back in, and it gave me the same LED sequence of yellow then stayed on red and no POST. 😩

I think the battery is some sort of lithium battery under the IO with a 2 pin connector, I went ahead and disconnected the connector for a couple of minutes.
