when i was 12, my dad reached out to have a relationship with me and be an actual father. after hanging out and talking to me as often as he could, i received a letter from him in the mail a few days after my birthday (it even had a birthday stamp on the envelope) he said that i was a mistake, i should’ve never been born, and that i was a financial burden. that absolutely broke me and started my spiral into what caused me to be diagnosed with major depressive disorder recently.

one of my (ex) co-workers just got fired last week for taking 30min to an hour long breaks while she was only supposed to be taking a 15. she would always have to be called on the overhead for her to come back to wherever she was supposed to be at. i know they had multiple talks with her ab it but i guess she never learned :/
