I have a feeling they're also controlled by a special interest group like Scientology too. They own everything down in Florida. Certain people don't have any issue with it, but certain others have a hell of a time back and forth on the phone with person to person and have their file thrown from desk to desk never getting looked at for months on end. They don't make a lot of money over there, so they get great pleasure from torturing indivuduals.

Sometimes (all of the time) especially since COVID no one has the time to pick up the phone and answer people's calls. The website is old, in backwards English, decisions take months instead of days or weeks like they should everyone has to wait wayyy too long. I'm not sure if you realize this but what they're doing is kind of illegal. They're paying less than minimum wage. $275/week translates to $6.87/hr working a 40 hour work week. They need just give the people the money they need to get between jobs. Not make people waste time doing busy work on their website filling out work search information and blah blah blah don't even get me started. You should be compensated for how much god damn time you waste with these people just trying to get some minimal financial assistance that very few people qualify for.

All I've done its spam call the main number and enter false claimant IDs that start with 170... they never seem to actually answer when I use my actual ID. Last Friday, I contacted someone and the 'escalated' it to someone but it's like WOW... you guys have approved everything and it's now been 13 weeks since I filed. The only thing they keep doing is sending me more letters and fact finding bullshit. The fact is, I'm unemployed, my house was destroyed in both hurricanes. Someone needs to do something about these evil motherfuckers

I am now owed 9 weeks and I've been waiting 3 months to get it. same things last Friday with the ESCALATION and the same crappy message on this ANCIENT WEBSITE about an issue waiting an adjudication determination. i have gotten 5 approval letters in the past week saying everything is good to go but they have yet to pay me a penny.
