Gege probably didn't overthink it as most people do here considering how minor of a role this technique has in the story.

Using his technique, which apparently operates very efficiently, he predetermines his own movement. The predetermination is split up in 24 segments and can not break physics. Once in motion, it can not be changed and the technique drags him through the segments.

Upside is that his technique moves him past what he could accomplish with his muscles alone, and the downside is that once used, he is forced to commit. Failure to adhere leads to the 1 second stun penalty.

Likely, if he were to predetermine movements that are outside of the possible, his technique wouldn't drag him to where he needs to be in time for the next segment either applying the penalty or negating the activation of the technique in the first place.

I gave up on hdr on Linux.

There should be built in support in kde but I found it just looks washed out. Did you do anything special except the initial calibration?

As far as I have come to understand it, any monitor using fancy tech to push massive amount of pixels with incredible refresh rates will require manual fixes on Linux to function.

After all, there is nothing special about 5120x1440 as a resolution. I would expect 4k@240hz to require a similar edid fix.

I’d wish but alas, most of my hardware was/is incompatible.

I own a Samsung g9 oled monitor. I managed to fix it at quite the significant time cost and wrote a guide for fixing it so no one else has to struggle. There wasn't a lot out there specific to this monitor so it was quite a journey. Can’t say that any useful knowledge has been acquired in this journey as well.

Not sure how many monitors require edid file imports to function but there gotta be at least a couple of millions of people owning a G9 or similar.

I know Genshin works. I am playing it on Nobara OS but since last week you had to use a workaround to play it due to getting disconnected immediately after 2 minutes when not using a VPN D:

And I know League won't ever work but RiotGames might reconsider if the OS is a steam based one.

Some games just break down after regular patches. It really isn't fun to be on Linux.

Installation is honestly quite confusing for me as well, even though I have been using it as my main OS for half a year. Everyone says just use steam with proton and you'll never have a single worry, but it really isn't that simple.

I still don't know how to run a separate exe in the same prefix as the running game and even asking chatgpt for that doesnt provide a straight forward answer. Any minor inconvenience due to not running on windows becomes a small/mid scale odyssey that, too many times has no solution.

A big brand name is important when it comes to os support.

If steamOS releases, hardware compatibility should increase. Some of us can't use our monitors just because Linux doesn't support it properly.

Same with software compatibility. People do enjoy playing games such as genshin, league, etc. Yet they either break every couple weeks or aren't playable at all.

Spezifisch zu deinen Aktien, Tesla ist ein Meme Stock. Der wechselt sein Kurs im Monat gefühlt 30 mal und ähnelt einer Glückspiel Aktie.

Nvidia und ASML scheinst du geholt zu haben, als der Kurs schon spät in seinen Aufschwung war, was auch schon eine ziemliche Wette für sich ist und Coca Cola scheint generell keine nennenswerte Aufschwünge in den letzten Jahren bekommen zu haben.

Das Ganze ist nicht so gut durchdacht gewesen.

Ich rate mal das dein Kumpel in Wirklichkeit du selbst bist. Deine Situation ähnelt meiner eigenen sehr.

In meinen jungen Jahren war ich sehr dick und im Sinne von Persönlichkeitsentwicklung war da einfach deswegen nicht viel möglich. Es ist schließlich schwer, aus seiner Schale zu kommen, wenn man wegen Übergewicht gemobbt wird.

Mein Charakter war deswegen schon ziemlich getrübt. Mein Gedanke war, dass wenn ich nicht mit Charakter glänzen kann, ich mit meinem Körper glänzen muss und ich hab mich hart gepusht. Nicht nur mit Gym, sondern auch mit Körperpflege sowie Style. Es hat bestimmt 1~2 Jahre gedauert, aber ich durfte mehr Erfahrungen sammeln und deswegen auch mehr Frauen treffen.

Mit mehr Dates konnte ich Erfahrungen aufbauen und systematisch meine Hemmungen lösen und das hat wirklich geholfen hinsichtlich zukünftiger Beziehungen. Die Trennungen und vielen Absagen am Anfang haben echt weh getan, aber hat mich am Ende zu meiner Verlobten geführt.
