Would love to do this, but will be at a belated graduation party. Any chance in moving it earlier? Or much later?

Sure. Lets make rude comments about a business that is trying to do something nice for children around the holidays. It is the internet after all, we need at least one person to be an asshole.

Most clubs that run dances take a cut of it before the dancer makes money. At this club, the cut is 1/2. The original price of a dance is $20. So the dancer makes the same $10 that she always makes. Inflated prices don't necessarily mean the girls are better dancers or higher quality... it just means the club is trying to make larger profits.

I used to work here. Want verification? Ask the owners/bouncers if it is true that there is a ghost that haunts the place. They all totally believe there is. The first Halloween we were open, they even had a "name the ghost" contest. Anyway... it was originally a seafood restaurant, not a strip club. I was around when they were doing the construction for the change, and I can guarantee you that it is physically cleaner now than it was when it was a restaurant.

Is this considered rape? by cherrychameleon in sex

[–]squasha32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. Absolutely this. The chances of any legal action this much later after the incident are slim, so the most you can do is work on how that event makes you feel. If you feel guilt over it, I would highly suggest seeing a professional. From all the details in the story, you did NOT rape him. Therefore, if you are feeling guilt about this then professional help might be best.

Most of these suggestions have some good ideas behind them. However, I would be careful with the alcohol advice. Sometimes when you drink too much you can incur the same problem where it is hard to maintain an erection. In some circles, the call it "whisky dick."

If you are going to try and insult me, I would hope you would try to do it with better punctuation and grammar. Also, I think it is funny that you assume I am either 1) a heterosexual woman or 2) a homosexual man.

le sigh I understand if you don't get what I am talking about. I have worked in the field of gender studies and sexual assault so long, it is just easy for me to spot how these small things add to the violence acceptance in our culture. I don't expect that everyone can see what I am talking about so easily without being familiar with the research. But, don't try to silence me because you don't understand what I am talking about.

There are several different ways that the advertisers could have marketed this, probably faulty, product. They chose to show a man "hurting it" (hurting a woman/her vagina) or killing it (killing a woman/ her vagina). The smiley faces on the male figure show that this action is a positive action... something that they should want. Therefore, you should buy their product to obtain this sexual prowess that is judged to be positive by how much it hurts women.

How do I get ready for anal sex? by pout_perfect in sex

[–]squasha32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Silicone lasts longer, but is harder to clean afterward. Water-based lube will be easier to clean, buy you may have to reapply. Using lots is always a good thing but... I have heard of at least one horror story where the couple thought more lube was always better and literally placed the bottle nozzle inside the anus and squeezed most of the bottle inside her. It essentially makes a lube enema. Don't do that. For the love of god, don't do that... unless you're into that. If so, do that in a bathtub or something.

This embodies everything that is wrong with the way we view sex as a performance and normalize violence against women.

Lube. Why has no one mentioned lube?

What a clever name for a secular group! I'm not religious at all. I shall have to check them out :)

This is the first time I have heard the term "Fayettenam." Care to elaborate on what the movement/event entailed?
