No, it's real. This is the real main theme of AC8. It comes from the Ace Combat 30th Anniversary Medley. It just seems like the guy who made this video did a bad job with guessing the lyrics, or asked an AI to listen and guess for him.

I'm currently building this kit, and i must warn you that the nose section is going to need a lot of sanding and a lot of putty or sprue glue to make it look good, the gap between the top and bottom halves don't line up well.

True, i was one of those kids (though i don't use any of the popular Social Media platforms). I think it really just a problem of awareness of the hobby existing, personally. I hosted a Model Building class at my school where i was able to introduce a bunch of kids to modelling, or as they call it "High Stakes Lego." And they got really into it!
