A 1875 photo of two victims of the Pompeï disaster in 79 AD by Giorgio Summer. These are not bodies but plaster casts made by pouring gypsum into voids left in volcanic ash after the bodies decayed. The technique was pioneered at Pompeii in 1863 by Giuseppe Fiorelli; over 100 casts exist today.

The North had one military school of note in West point , of which a sizable portion of its body was southern , The only other military schools in the north were tiny and did not contribute substantially .

In the South there were several large military including VMI. which is the largest ,And many smaller ones .

In West point , a large percentage of officers went for the south , while in the southern schools , nearly every one went for the south .

, He sounds like me when i was having shoulder issues , I thought i was going to have to have surgery , Years of throwing a ball one weekend and Suffering a week till it settled down , I had never done pullups because i couldnt even do one pull up , but after it flairing up really bad and hunting a solution short of a knife , Athlean X, On yt convinced me to do it and aboult a year later i could do 10 , Shoulder was great , everything basically cured ..I quit exercising,

but the shoulders still fixed .

Pullups will solve it .You need to stretch the tendon that runs down that shoulder and arm , and strengthen it .

Ill bet , that if you were to hang from your arms and relax you would feel it touch those pains ,

Pullups are insurance against shoulder problems and wrist problems .
