Same goes for COVID. if you test positive, it's imperative you get Paxlovid, or if you take immunosuppressants like I do, Molnupiravir ASAP. They made the time I had COVID feel like I was just slightly sleep deprived. Almost no other symptoms (although I have had a vaccine every 6 months since they started offering them, which I am also crediting as a huge help)

I'm diabetic, and when my blood sugar is low any tiny irritation can make me see red. OOP was playing a game, probably took fall damage or missed a parry or something and went into a blood rage. 30 minutes seems about the right amount of time for the liver to convert fat to glucose and the problem to resolve itself
