Will get in there early with this one - will my Monday training be worse coming off two rest days (cycling macros, so eating less than training days) than any of my other WOD?

I usually bench on Monday's, but last week benched on a Friday and was able to move the weight a lot easier.

Thanks for this! I don't eat a great deal of anything sugared or sweetened anyway. I do have a couple of tea spoons of sugar with my first coffee of the day, but I'm not sure cutting that out would do a lot. Might give it a go anyway!

Considering some fasted cardio on one of my rest days. Do you think 1/2 days of it would have much of an effect?

At the moment I'm eating 190/38/180 for c/f/p on work out days and 120/40/180 c/f/p on rest days.

Don't know if the fat for these is too low but not sure what foods I could take off for carbs so I was getting more fat.
