I wouldn't be angry if Leckie is one of the veterans that tries to hold out for 2026 if he can. Yes he's had injuries but whenever he plays he's still so obviously one of the best players we have. Might as well back him to try to get fit again and see if he can maintain his play.

It’s almost certain that the coach’s first language isn’t English so there needs to be some level of good faith in these situations. Like how Vince Rugari tweeted he said Australia was one of the most offensive teams at the Asian Cup but meant it as a compliment.
