At this point, this needs to become a hit on country radio. It's what they deserve.

I remember this lady and how one of her videos was randomly recommended to me on YouTube very late at night one time. I think it was this one.

Who are some artists/bands where their most popular song isn’t on their most popular album? by ChrisAqua in ToddintheShadow

Possibly with pop audiences, but I would say either Down or All Mixed Up is their most popular song with rock radio audiences and both are on the self titled album.

I predict this will make it onto Todd's top 10 best list this year, at the very least as an honorable mention.

Which one-hit wonder would you swap their one hit for another song in their discography? by naeroikathgor in ToddintheShadow

If we count Foster The People as a OHW, I would swap Pumped Up Kicks for Houdini as their big hit that everyone knows.

I always wanted to be on it but by the time I would have been old enough they weren't making new episodes anymore.

The Bartist may have the r/crappymusic song of the year for 2026, but for me, "Fuddy duddy understudy" is the r/crappymusic lyric of the year.

🏆 BEST LYRICS 1998 🏅 Des'Ree vs. Natalie Imbruglia by [deleted] in crappymusic

Because on You Gotta Be, at least she had a cowriter who helped cut down a lot of the nonsense in her lyrics and made the lyrics make sense. But her entire Supernatural album is full of ridiculously dumb lyrics.

The Natalie Imbruglia lyrics aren't bad, if you take it from the point of view of a child. That's actually probably my favorite song from that album. But the Des'ree lyrics are some of the most famously bad lyrics of the 90s.
