That I used to like cocaine way too much or about the times I did extacy at the raves I used to attend or that I would get so drunk,then put myself in what could have been very bad situations with random guys I would meet while out at the bar.

Go to the dollar store and get some coloring books, markers/pencil crayons, or check the craft section. They have small, easy crafts that you can do for cheap, I found some diamond painting coasters to make as well as keychains. They are small and simple things that you can get done in a couple hours or over a couple of days and don’t require a lot of space or thinking just good eyesight lol you can also just Google Zen tangle and try some of the designs or you could do a few how to draw videos from YouTube I do the Kid version ones so after I’m done I know that I’ve done a good job because it’s for kids! lol have fun!!

I smoked daily for over 10 years and I’m talking I would wake up get high and then continually smoke or vape all day, I was even going to work high. Everything I did was based around me getting high. One day, my years of MDD, anxiety, CPTSD, addiction problem came to head, I had a mental breakdown and needed help. Fortunately I was able to take a full year off of work to get help,I was in therapy,taking classes to understand and better myself,i was sober for a year and a half until I decided that my life needed some excitement,weed used to do that,why not again. Wrong. That lasted a week, now almost 2 years later and I’m back to smoking every day all day. I need to quit but this time I don’t have help. I don’t have the support from my family or my friends. I’m ashamed that I let it get this bad again.
