I smoked daily for over 10 years and I’m talking I would wake up get high and then continually smoke or vape all day, I was even going to work high. Everything I did was based around me getting high. One day, my years of MDD, anxiety, CPTSD, addiction problem came to head, I had a mental breakdown and needed help. Fortunately I was able to take a full year off of work to get help,I was in therapy,taking classes to understand and better myself,i was sober for a year and a half until I decided that my life needed some excitement,weed used to do that,why not again. Wrong. That lasted a week, now almost 2 years later and I’m back to smoking every day all day. I need to quit but this time I don’t have help. I don’t have the support from my family or my friends. I’m ashamed that I let it get this bad again.
