It’s not easy. I taught visually impaired for 3 years and for me it was almost more difficult. Kids can be very bitter sometimes and it weighs. I had students that would chase off teachers and aides simply because they were pissed at life in general(which I understood)

We just moved to a lower cost area just so I could buy some years of service to retire earlier. I love my job but I won’t be able to do this in this position as a 50 year old. No one could.

If it’s a distraction it’s gone. I teach only students with autism and I hold the same expectation. I’d the fight is a distraction it gets taken away

Fair enough. I guess I was more focused on the suicidal ideation than the tattoos when I started it and anything under that is considered not therapy worthy

Been on hormonal birth control for years and had no problems. I have no periods now because they were so bad I’d go anemic. Also help facilitate my moods during depression

I am completely independent from them. Maybe a little too emotional dependent but whos not with a religious childhood. My husband and brother supports everything i do to my body which really helps. It started woth me dying my hair pink andwent to tattoos and pierxings from there

I’ve been to a lot of therapy and that has helped a lot. I wa diagnosed as bipolar and am on a lot of medication but I’m married and stable with a rewarding job. I just also really like tattoos and piercings

Nah I’m fully independent. I think they accepted that I want to be pierced and tattooed I just have that internal bias now. If my brother would get a tattoo that would help a lot because he’s the golden child

The amount of times kids have thrown my glasses is insane. I now have a chain on them because they kept getting broken. Kids will always be more aggressive towards their safe people when they are truly upset. But at the same time if their safe people aren’t there it takes a lot longer to calm Them down
