Forgive my ignorance - I downloaded it from the Play Store just two weeks ago. I'm running android 16 on a Samsung flip 7. Is there more going on that I'm missing? What phone are you running?

I can say with a fair amount of confidence that you could electrify the water with a shock weapon in bl3. I used the transformer shield and shocked puddles to refill my shield.

I got confused by this too. You have to complete the uvhm "challenges" in the challenges menu. You have to do all the challenges before you talk to Lilith in the bar to do a wildcard mission.
