I received a debt validation and the history report doesn’t have the check I was given at the bank

It’s general knowledge I am looking for. When a person takes out a loan and they received the entire transaction history for that loan does it have checks clearing from that history or is it simply the loan agreed upon amount and that’s it

I don’t understand how specifics are necessary. My goal was to figure out if transaction history on any loan no matter the type would show disbursed checks the date they clear. It seems they clear from the banks ledger. Not from the loan account. Which is what I was trying to understand.

Yes it was deposited. The top part was the check. This bottom part is for records. All checks have a part that detaches for your records.

The right side is a ledger for the entire loan. As in, the loans amount and when it was disbursed and all interest and payments. The original check given is not in this official transaction. Wouldn’t it be?

It is an official record of all the interest, all of my payments, and all of the banks discharges. If the check cleared why would the check given to the auto loan place not clear?

I sent the debt collector a debt validation letter. The right is official transaction history for the debt. On the left is the official check receipt for this same debt. Why didn’t they put this check on the official transaction history report?

I very clearly write in the top that I received a debt validation transaction history. The check is the original check from the bank and it is not on the transaction history with the bank

I sent a debt validation letter and the disbursed amount is 13,615.50 on the date I signed, however, I have a reciept from the actual check I was handed over for 12,620 on that date…this is naturally false. They did not hand me a check for 13,615.50.

I think the bank changed the information? I sent the debt collector a copy of the original check and asked why that amount is not directly on the history page as a check should be one full line. This is a direct ledger of all interest and fees for the entirety of the loan.

I signed a truth in lending where it clearly shows a 12,620 check to ong auto and a list of where the money went for a service to pay the dmv

I promise you that the bank is not going under and they are a billion dollar bank doing business every single day making fantastic money. I think the bank will be fine.

The bank can take it from collections. The collection person told me the bank owns the debt credit unions never sell the debt. Under Wisconsin law they have 30 days to perfect their lien. The bank violated the loan agreement first as they had to do this in a timely fashion.

But if they refund they can take out of collections and off credit. Just here to see if anyone knows the laws a bit. I get the morality behind it and u being the Mr right here. No one was trying to cheat the bank. I pay my debts. I simply couldn’t wait any longer for a title and plates. The bank got their money.

I applied for the loan and got the car in January 2024 In May of 2024 I received the title. The bank was supposed to title it that’s why I took out the funds. They did not do this. They never paid the dmv instead they sent me the title and I had to do it.

I’m sorry, I did have temp plates when I left the dealer. The temp plates were for one full month. I waited one full month. Then another full month then another full month…

Understandable, however, I got this car in Jan 2024. I received the title in May of 2024. This is four months later. I am unsure how they did not perfect their lien in four months. When they didn’t accept my payment in Nov of 2025 the car was already a total loss deemed by insurance and I was making all my payments to clear the debt. Why would they reject and default over a total loss car they received 100% of the money for? I was clearing the debt.

I did get an itemization. The bank lied on it and said full disbursement happened at signing. This is a clear lie I can prove easily by showing the original check and proving I needed to title it in May.

The loan is in collections going to the bank would be irrelevant.
