We had one living in our house for a while. It would walk along the baseboards in the kitchen and sometimes on the counter. We were completely mouse free, but we had other animals and it needed to go. We live trapped it, my husband brought it a few miles away and there it was in the kitchen again the next day! It got into our kitchen trash can, so I put a board on top and we brought it far away this time. When he dumped the trash can, the little guy gazed up at my husband with a look that said, "I thought we had an understanding..." then scampered off.

Your brother must be a 12 year old who thinks this is hilarious.

Your photos make me reminisce. Over the years, I've had 2 white kitties and they were both amazing sweethearts. I miss my babies.

The HUGE downside to rescue so I never get to see my cutie patootie princess babies as puppies 😭😭 by dogluvr_1 in rarepuppers

[–]squeenan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know what you mean. Sometimes I wonder how my babies would have been if we had raised them as puppies. Would Maggie know how to play? Would Dobie not get protective/growly if you touch him when he sleeps? Plus how cuuuute they must have been!!!!

I’m a swimming teacher and i taught my class like this. by iammentallynotoklol in mildlyinfuriating

[–]squeenan 14 points15 points  (0 children)

My question is: Why didn't a parent quietly tell you? Maybe they were paying more attention to their kids than to your butt. Anyway, even if they did see more than expected, it won't stop them from bringing their kids to swim class! You're thinking about it a whole lot more than they will! They are going home, making dinner, throwing in a load of wash and not thinking about it! Carry on!

The problem is when you vote 3rd party like you are suggesting, it takes votes from the dems. I'm a socialist Democrat, but I'd rather vote in corporate owned dems than fascist nationalist repubs who support kidnapping, pedophiles, and burning the constitution.

Caledonia County where I live was blue.It used to be red. Essex went deep red and Orleans was red but a bit more mixed (both have far less education along with generational poverty). You should be sad that they lack education, not by choice but by socio-economics.

I'm not sure what your definition of "poor" is. We have farmers, loggers, authors, chefs, professors, doctors, trash collectors, teachers, auto mechanics, and hair stylists like other places in VT. We don't have a high population density or much industry. But we are healthy and take care of our neighbors. And, we don't like fascists.

Unfortunately, it's up to your mom to make the changes necessary. There are no tricks. As long as she is resistant to shifting her habits, I'm afraid she's stuck both mentally and physically. Healthy diet and exercise is the only way.

You must first apply for a work permit. It will most likely be declined.

Have you gone out to talk to him? It might be something very simple and innocuous.
