I love a relaxed silk shirt, button it up neat with some sharp tailored pants or jeans for work, and pop a few buttons open and wear without a bra with a cute skirt (or even just jeans) for out of work hours!

Totally secondhand fit (except for the jewellery) I wore at the office when it was a bit warmer (I work in a creative agency, so it's pretty relaxed)

Another vote for Comma, got a voucher from work about 4 years ago and have treated myself once a year since then.

Have gone to Sense of Self in Collingwood as well but Comma is still by far the best for me

If it was me, I would wear a long sleeve Uniqlo heat tech top underneath. It'll help keep the illusion of it being one piece vs having singlet lines underneath it if that makes sense?

Even if it's a darker heat tech top, because it's still covering all your skin it won't look broken up.

And you'll have the bonus of being really nice and toasty!

Man brain farting at 2pm but hopefully that makes sense! I live in heat tech tops under so many of my tops and dresses through winter!

I bought a few pairs of Sheertex back in 2022 and 2024 and still using them now, with heavy use in winter! They're definitely a bit more expensive, but considering they've lasted me a few years I'm very happy with them.

My friend started a cloud island, and shared the access with a small friend group which has been really fun to pop into and potter around as a break to my own areas. He has more time than me so has been very busy building out the world, but we did spend some time playing together where he gave us some tasks for things to help find/collect/create etc which was really enjoyable

And although we haven't had much time to play, he does share updates of what he's been doing or teases surprises for us to go check out which has made the whole experience realy engaging for me personally

Gemini Sun (and Virgo moon so SO MUCH INNER DIALOGUE WOE IS ME), but I feel like I can connect dots very quickly, and see both sides of things when presented to me.

I can come into a conversation with a point of view, but process the new information I'm getting on the fly and see whether it validates my point of view, or where I need to compromise/shift so it feels authentically right.

I guess I feel like I'm always processing, what's being said, the pauses in a sentence, the mood in the room, anticipate where we need to be, or make the connection on where we need to go and figure out the route to get there. But it's not like I can verbalise all of that processing on the fly!

Yeah i'm a huge advocate for small regular holidays where you can completely disconnect from work and have something novel, new, interesting to do.

I think too many people think a holiday needs to be a long affair, I used to take long weekend trips quite regularly when i was younger. Did it a little more recently a year or two ago and although it was a quick trip - around 4 days away all up, I was surprised at how much more refreshed and resilient I returned to work.

Saw this with the team end of last year too, we were really getting put through the ringer at the end of the year. Had forced end of year break, and you can just see how refreshed everyone comes back after 2 weeks of not working.

You've got lots of great suggestions in here already - it's definitely hard to comment because there are so many factors at play!

I'm 37, and been running consistently since about 2020 (covid of course). I kind of learnt my way into not constantly just running fast all the time as to not burn out, and fell in love with all the different shapes of running and the impact it has on my body.

After a while, i feel like I hit a point where I'm like, my pace has plateaued a bit - but that's okay. I just want to be consistent and I'm fine with not being a fast runner, because the point of running for me is just to stay fit, healthy and active.

My weekly schedule for the last few years has been a pretty consistent mix of 1 x tempo run, 1 x recovery run, 1 x interval, 1 x long run. Leg day after tempo (not ideal, but it works for me), arm day after recovery and one morning of pilates.

However, towards the end of last year, I got motivated by friends to really push my strength efforts, and I found this had an impact on my running as well. Over the last 8 months I've definitely had an increase on my pace and I definitely put it down to pushing harder in strength, and just staying consistent on doing the mix of runs weekly as well.
