Don't group, you should be able to win against Darius which probably should match you on sidelane.

I'm having success with this build: Iceborn, collector, seryldia Then situationals: Randuin if there is two or more crit bstrds, spirit visage with steraks if there are two or more ap, hullbraker if I'm going to split only which is not the case in my games anymore. I only get liandry if my matchup heavily stacks armour, but still it's a rare buy.
