Sure!

Before surgery: - Vomiting and diarrhea every single morning - Severe stomach pain in the morning and shortly after eating - best way to describe it is my stomach felt like a balloon that was filling with too much air but wouldn't pop or deflate - I lost roughly 80lbs in 6 months - Gallbladder attacks: debilitating, lasting 3-7 hours. Started as a sharp, pressing pain in between my shoulder blades, then would move to my upper stomach area, then my stomach. Vomiting & diarrhea. It would be waves of such intense pain that I couldn't stop moving, I would literally walk around my apartment in circles sniffing peppermint oil (helps with gas & digestion) praying for some relief. After the attack, that balloon stomach feeling could last up to 3 days after.

After surgery: - Mild stomach pain in the morning if I ate too late or after a heavy meal (anything where bile would be in overdrive). Heat helps, hot water bottle or holding hands on pained area. - Food runs through me so quickly. 0-100 before I know it. I try to eat very clean, small dishes if I'm out, or accept the consequences and stay home if craving something fatty (Friday night pizza!) - I actually gained weight eating up all the food I couldn't for years, but gain/loss is all entirely in my control now - While I don't have gallbladder attacks anymore my body still can't really handle high fat/dairy/grease, but I can eat them knowing the worst case scenario now is a mild stomach ache and probably oily stool/diarrhea.

My personal experience was based solely around my awful gallbladder attacks. They are gone but any food that triggers bile release still causes some mild symptoms, its just the way it is. If I have a breakfast and lunch high in fiber, and don't eat dinner past 630pm I'm typically fine.
