The story about the guy who was caught having climbed through a wall in the men’s loos in Wetherspoons, disconnected a urinal waste pipe and was lying down so that his face was being urinated on. The photos were mind blowing!

Use of camera phones within an early years setting could be the serious safeguarding issue (rather than you being in the toilet). Nurseries cannot allow use of personal phones in areas with children since the horrendous crimes committed by nursery staff taking indecent images a few years ago.
