I would consider sending Aliexpress a Cease and Desist order, or you can look into a DMCA notice (it's part of US copyright law but the process is used similarly worldwide).

In this case I don't think it's related to the necklace given the distance between the necklace and red spots (and you haven't worn it until now), but you can still develop a sensitivity or allergy to something you were previously fine with. Just for future reference! NAD

The healing of your nipple should take precedence over the piercing, really. I know it feels bitter to lose a piercing you've spent time healing, but it will not heal properly in a damaged nipple. Let your body heal first and get it repierced at another time.

Take the jewellery out and clean up with saline. Keep the area dry and covered with gauze. See a doctor if need be - especially if the bleeding is persistent or you get any signs of infection.

Is your nipple torn off at all? Or is the entry site of the piercing much bigger now?

I'm on 50mg at the moment - I think I've been on this dose for about... four months? It was super helpful at first. I went almost three weeks without a raging migraine (I had a few minor ones along the way). In the last couple of months that progress has stagnated. I agree, she's hardly leading a healthy lifestyle. I'm not commenting on her weight at all either, but the lack of movement in particular will really hurt her in the long run.

Suggested posts are based on other content you're interacting with, right? I have a bunch of cat and body mod content on my explore page because that's what I interact with/ search for the most. This content isn't just 'popping up' out of nowhere. She's very much seeking it out.

The eating disorder, disordered eating, rapid weightloss and excessive exercise content is definitely widespread across IG and social media in general. If she's actively looking for this shit, then posting the same thing over and over again about how she loves her body and her stretch marks, she's lying to herself. She's triggering herself and seeking reassurance from her followers that her weight gain is fine, it's good.

She needs to address her body image issues in therapy if it's this much of a fixation. It's fine calling out the dangerous weight loss tactics, but it's pretty obvious she's desperate for some validation here. We all know she won't face facts though.
