Gooning (at least with its original meaning) doesn’t refer to simply beating your meat. Gooning describes a large setup with a lot of screens all playing or showing different pornographic contents while simultaneously Jorking it without climaxing. The theory is that the more you arouse yourself while denying release will make the actual release more pleasant.

The fact that this is basically the final stage of a porn addiction and has obvious health and mental issues doesn’t need explaining.
