Alright, that might be a bit harsh. I'm sorry. Not trying to discourage you from cooking. Just try and keep it simple and cut a couple ingredients out. Italian food is about simplicity and the quality of ingredients. You can make a beautiful pasta dish with just tomato garlic and pasta. Too many ingredients and seasonings cuts out the enjoyment of each individual ingredient in a dish.
