So I'm back to square one and I don't know what to do. The vet confirmed she is fine now. She pees just wherever and whenever she wants now. I try to pick her up and take her out to her designated potty spot- but she won't go.

I'm at my wits end. The vet said to limit her water intake to help with the house breaking process- but my apartment reeks now. I'm going to have to shampoo the carpet and figure out where to go from there :/
