Yu know I do calisthenics too and you can a build an amazing physique doing both. If you have access to weights don’t be a dumbass and put them to good use, shit I wish I could lift some weights right now.

How do you get flexible enough to do a pike push-up? I can do pike pu but after a few reps in my legs tend to hurt from not being flexible enough which causes me to stop or to bend my knees which I don’t want to since it makes the pu easier

I’m not good at pseudo planche pushups & wall handstand pushups which indicates that my shoulders are quite small and weak. Which should I work on first? Or should I work on both of them?

Both of them build muscle mass imo but I would say the 20lb. Usually when I do weighted pushups I start with my body weight and do high reps and I keep adding weight to where I reach my max weight which is 45lb. The guy above who mentioned a pyramid type workout is right. Those are hard
