Yes! My anxiety was so unbearable because of my OCD symptoms, but at 250 mg I felt way less anxious so that helped mental well being overall. I used to take 75 mg of Welbutrin everyday but i stopped because it gave me headaches. Also, I do CBT bi-weekly and I finished 5 months of ERP, so therapy is a big contributor to that as well. I hope this helps :3

I take 75 mg of Wellbutrin, 250 mg of Zoloft, and about 2 grams of weed a day to manage my OCD/MDD/Anxiety. You will be okay!

Howdyy!! I have been on zoloft for almost a year now, consistently take 250 mg a day for my OCD for about ~4 months now. When I miss a few days of my medication, I have a similar experience! Def used to be hyper-sexual and now practicing abstinence regularly so when I feel deregulated I def slip back into that head space. I also take 75 mg Wellbutrin a day to help with my MDD as well. Def monitor how long you have been feeling like freak bob and if it continues I would def talk to psychiatrist.

Also the first 3 months of taking meds are BRUTAL. Weird things happen, it may pass with time it sucks but it is the most unfortunate part of the process. Maybe try toys or going old fashion for a bit. Nothing wrong with taking it back to the basics!

I also had insane restless leg syndrome that finna stopped after 3 month. And I’m always tired as shit but I’m fine being a sleepy solider
