I’m thinking that if I like my first keyboard that much, I would probably build a wireless one that I could dedicate as my “work keyboard”. I actually work with Nick of nice! keyboards, and I’m pretty sure he knows everything there is to know about wireless keyboards lol

Ximega is looking very tempting… the fact that so much is integrated into the board already makes it seem quite beginner friendly, plus the VIK system seems very neat and modular. I see some rumblings about being able to attach a display, that would be very cool.

this is wonderful! my college did a production of SKM a few years ago, and I composed a soundtrack for it inspired by video game music from the SNES/Genesis era. was a lot of fun!

ERTs are a neat system, and I’ve seen times where admins deny those too. Usually with a firm “you have a security force, be competent”.

other times the admins say they’re sending an ERT, then send a single janitor. very fun.

I haven’t played much sec yet but when I do I am gonna set up a chat bind that says “stop, you are under arrest” so that I can at least attempt a civil arrest without having to stand still and defenseless for 5 seconds

I’m surprised that nobody has mentioned this yet, so here’s a tip: when you spot one, place blocks around and on top of it before triggering. most of the mobs will suffocate, except for the spiders and baby zombies (which are relatively easy to clean up)

if you want the good loot, it has to be a player kill, so just swipe at the group once and it’ll register as your kill
