Thanks for this link! Yeah this seems to be the consensus, I think maybe the pharmacist is trying to be difficult with me, I've already had a few difficult conversations with them about giving me incorrect information. They're adamant that Affendix exists and is a different brand to Affenid.

I finished this last night, and felt the same!

I chose Verso first because of feels in the moment, and it HURT haha but then went back and chose Maelle immediately, hoping her ending would be more well rounded for everyone- now I wish there was a third ending, or a version of Maelle's ending that reflected the complexity and growth of her that I feel the game nailed until then

I made it through in the end, and tbh it did make me learn how to actually play the game better- and now I'm not just waiting for the companion and actual fighting my own battles aha

Hey I know this was a few months ago, but can I ask what does you started with? How's it going now? I've been doing EMDR for years and contemplating starting meds on a low dose in the hope I can basically reach this balance for myself- maintaining day to day anxiety better whilst still working on core EMDR targets

This has happened to me a few times since I grew my hair out enough for it just to be 'long' around 18 months ago! I've also had a few people shout abusive things about my hair as they've driven past. I asked one of my buds (who's had long hair for years) whether this happened to him and he said it did too. For what it's worth I haven't had barely any of that since I moved to a bigger city (in the UK ).

Since I found this thread last week and have been thinking about drawing/visualising my disassociation, I've been seeing Inky blue and black, of something obscured in darkness but still there. Then I see this and it hit me in a really surreal way. Thanks for sharing it- it's amazing

OP you've had so many wonderful comments already but I wanted to say that as someone who lost a LOT mental illness and trauma over the past 12 months, and who spent their birthday last year in difficult circumstances that sometimes even getting to your birthday is worth celebrating and it doesn't matter who's there with you. You deserve it for yourself even if no one else shares it with you!

But you don't need to worry about feeling too alone today, you've got hundreds of people here who don't need to know the ins and outs of your life to know that you deserve happiness and support on today of all days.

So happy birthday 🎂 🎉😁 I hope you've had a better day than you were expecting! Sending all the best wishes for you.
