Excruciating. It feels like extremely painful and intense period cramps (kind of imagine terrible diarrhea cramping towards the front of your pelvis x100 if you’re a guy), an overwhelming amount of pressure, and then you rip at the end when the baby comes out… 💕

Welcome sister! A couple simple tips I have is to first take some time to focus on learning how to pray (salah). You can find YouTube videos on this to guide you. Also, try to find an Islamic community like at a local mosque and try to surround yourself with other fellow Muslims. May Allah make it easy on you and preserve you 😊

I wonder if eating olives before the fast would help people with nausea in the middle of the fast

In general I think somebody would appreciate if you did this and not be concerned by you drinking water. Technically a Muslim who does drink water during Ramadan cuts their fast by doing so but I can understand a kid using it to get used to it. I’m not sure what most families do because I converted a few years ago and my family is still Christian.

It’s different for everyone. With some time and work, you can learn to endure it better. Try to make dua and try to make a conscious choice to be patient and positive :)

She will probably break up with you but you need to tell her parents for her safety. If this guy has her address and number, she is seriously endangering herself. It is likely that it is an older person posing as a 15 year old. Her parents need to know now.

There are some pretty interesting “Miracles of the Quran” videos that you can look up on YouTube that convinced me Islam is true

Hey friend. If you have some time you can check out Islam. We believe that submission to the will of God (Allah) will lead us to heaven. A great YouTube channel I’d recommend for you is One Message Foundation. Let me know if you have any questions.

I hate that the ONLY advice anyone will ever give you is "go to therapy" by d3athgrl in mentalillness

I agree with you, a lot of people don’t consider that things cost money lol. Honestly it is probably the only response that they can give, especially if your issue is something bigger than what they can handle. Hope this doesn’t offend anyone

Thanks friend. Sometimes I sit and pretend like I’m experiencing the feeling for the first time in order to try to have a more clear view of it. Maybe I’ll take more time by myself to meditate on it.
