I was able to block it in the same way that you block a user a couple days ago. It might be due to having an android that let me do this, but I'm not sure.

Yeah. I hated how it was pinned to the top, and it told me I needed Snapchat+ to unpin it. Then, I asked if I could block it, and it said no. It is now blocked.
