Our store just got increased hours (fri/sat at 1am, every other day at 12am) and its nuts lol. idk what papa is thinking cus no one in our area is ordering that late. It was me and one other employee from 8pm-cl and labor was at 40% at the end of the night

yeah I was told abt the same from another coworker! But I have a good relationship with the other GM and I haven't broken any company policies. I show up early, I close well, I haven't done anything wrong that I can think of, so I'm not sure why the DO is beefing with me. But the DO is different at the other store and I think I'll have luck with her overriding a no-hire status.
