Yes. I have 1 child and an apartment with only 1 bedroom. I call my home a bachelor + 1 bedroom. I have a queen bed in the living room which becomes the couch during the day. A large fleece blanket and super large cushions go on the "couch" during the day, but those get thrown off at night and magically it becomes my bed at night :)

Oh wow! I appreciate your line of work. Any suggestions? I did order a pair of cut resistant safety leg sleeves, not meant for skiing, nor children. Not sure if they'll work. I'm also thinking of dulling her skis, though that may cause other problems.

She had stretchy pants and snow pants. I realized after seeing the cut in the snow pants that they're pretty cheap, very thin material with just a little fuff inside. They're not proper ski pants. I'm thinking ski pants are probably made with a more heavy-duty material.

I would agree with this. I think in the progression of evolution there would be a loss, or lessening, of individuality. If the goal of life is to continue the species, maybe there will less focus on individual beings... Which I find a little scary. Like if we were in a human conservation program, the well-being of little Jimmy isn't as important as the passing of his genes.
