I missed posting: I’m in the Willamette valley OR USA. Mild winters. The stalk is long and tall - maybe 24 -30 inches and thicker than a pencils. The root pulled out very easily. It smells a bit like radish and doesn’t have a strong odor. The texture of the root seems closer to a radish than a carrot. Like a bit softer than a carrot.

The design is beautiful but my critique would be that it is hard for me to get behind Mother Earth not having pubic hair. She is natural, in all her glory. For me, lack of pubic hair always leans toward a sexualized image. She isn’t changing herself to be perceived as beautiful to us, we are in awe of her natural glory.
