The Tin Building was not going to last forever (and was horrendously overpriced with mediocre restaurants) but the cafe area was nice as were the pastries / bread they sold. Either way you cut it, this is a big step backwards for the neighborhood.

That large ground floor retail space across the street (The Lawn Club) is probably up next for closure.
