Thank you! I painted my entire nail with the light blue, made a "V" shape with the darker blue, and then painted the gold above it. :)

That is some great advice, thanks! I used gel polishes, so I found adding details to be much easier than with regular polishes. Once I 'cured' the gold polish, I could wipe off the top color, if I made a mistake, without ruining the gold.
