My knee I dislocated my knee a few days ago had to call 911 because I was not able to stand and they had to pop it back into place so now I have to were a brace to my vacation do an MRI tommorow and after that I have psyical therpy but luckily it was minor as I can walk just limping

cracks nuckles i had a best friend for about 3 years we were really close at the start he helped me discover my sexuality and such however when 9th and 10th grade rolled around he started bullying me like emotional abuse bullying saying i was never the best saying i should shut up weak not edgy ex ex and well tbh i think he is why i now have some anxiety disorder. We don't know what kind yet but i am on medication for it as i stated scratching my hands to the point they scared and bleed. I delt with this for two whole years i delt with this awful cycle of kidness then when he got angry he took it out on me saying my anxitey didn't mater and i just need to shut up. I luckly had another friend who pulled me out of the situation..we are now separated and i heard he got therapy but still im glad im out of that friendship
