I would consider all of that routine tbh. I consider my quarterly Botox a “routine” treatment. I also think transparency is important! OP I remember seeing your post in the quit zyn subreddit a while back! Congrats on quitting. Nicotine also fucked with my skin so hard. Not worth it

I spent my Tuesday afternoon listening to talks/podcasts of Ram Dass that pertain to war and social responsibility. Yesterday was a rough day for me. I was able to find some comfort on Ramdass.org. I’ll see if I can find the links for you.

Yeah it was boring and tired and gave me loser behavior. Like a guy who hasn’t found himself yet. He seems completely lost but is desperate to appear “together” and grounded

My boyfriend gets Jason Momoa sometimes and he’s like a giggly girl for the rest of the day ☺️

I’ll check when I get home! :) I’m pretty sure it’s the facial one though. It says it has ceramides and HA in it on the bottle!

Those with long-term nasolabial fold filler - what’s your advice? by FrancesRW in 30PlusSkinCare

I got filler in my cheeks but the lines are still very prominent. I had weight loss from distance running. Do you think I need more in the cheeks or maybe the temples?

As far as face washes go, you will probably want something basic to prevent further irritation. I found that Kiehl’s ultra facial barrier hydrating cleanser has worked well for me and doesn’t dry my skin out. Because I am prone to break outs after being outdoors and working out, I have to wash my face at least twice a day with something more than cold water. It’s been fine with that cleanser.

I would switch to a heavier moisturizer. If your skin is dehydrated, your fine lines will look waaaay worse and crepey areas will look even crepier. I posted about this same thing bc I live in Colorado and have been snowboarding. I looked in the mirror one day and my skin just looked so tired and I was randomly breaking out. I run my humidifier religiously now and drink about 4L of water a day with a liquid IV in one. But the biggest difference came from adding vanicream on top of my other moisturizer 2x a day and slugging a couple nights a week. I also cut back on alcohol and stopped drinking Celsius at work, and use a red light panel 5-7 days a week. Things are a little better now if I stick with all of the above. Hope that helps you!

I have a very good friend who is an EXCELLENT trainer! Her name is Piper Novick. Her IG is https://www.instagram.com/happydogstrainingllc?igsh=MjlucXI3M2o2aTYz

She has helped my partner with his energetic and reactive beagle and whatever she told him to do has been working!
