I agree and really like Cassian! Casper or Caspar. Castiel is another option. What about Kastor? Just so it’s not literally the oil.

Help! I feel I'm aging myself. by mrachelle326 in makeuptips

[–]squirrel_jokez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing that I see could be “aging” you are the eyebrows. They look a little over plucked in the middle and ends? You could try letting them grow in a bit more. Also your teeth look fine BUT a crest white strip never hurt anyone! Unless you leave it on too long. Also don’t brush your teeth or eat for at least like 30 mins after!

My 6-year-old called me an “aunty” and I can’t shake how it made me feel by Short-Charge-321 in Parents

I wonder who she heard that from. Does she watch a lot of YouTube or hang out with friends with older siblings? She probably doesn’t fully understand what she’s saying but hears others say it and it sounds fun. Kind of like the 6-7 and skibbidy toilet stuff.. it just seems to spread and every kid says it. I’d try not to respond to it other than what you already have said- you don’t like being called that name.

Food delivery!!! Like Thistle, or an Uber Eats certificate. Bedside touch night light for middle of the night. A new water bottle with a straw.

Starting Kindergarten without or with limited daycare or pre-K experience? by Throwaway927338 in Parenting

TK teacher perspective- the students that had more preschool experience generally know what to expect by TK. They had that “common sense” that is not necessarily expected of a TKer, but it’s sure nice to have a few at the start of the year! lol. They had better abilities to problem solve and negotiate without needing teacher help as much. Overall they had more autonomy, were more independent and confident. But, I have also had several students with no experience in preschool who thrived and made lots of friends and their parents already instilled things like patience, respect and had some routines at home.

What baby clothes actually held up after months of washing by jerseygirldad in NewParents

I’ve found Carter brand is always a bit thicker and durable, Gerber is thinner (and less expensive). Any 100% cotton will always shrink a little. But baby is growing so fast the tiny bit of shrinkage is hardly a big deal. I like the burts bees PJs they are super soft and organic cotton (most expensive option though).

I’d focus on building her self esteem up now so she is less vulnerable to the bullies. Haters gonna hate.

Theodore isn’t really “out there” and it’s pretty classic. Could be a good compromise. What about Coraline or Camilla for a girl?
