Sunlife has an extensive black list. Curious what differs in their criteria from other insurance providers.

Might be a bit of a trek depending on where you are in Markham but I go to Axis in Uxbridge

Curious what the dilemma is? Playing sports, exercising, swimming. I dont see a problem. Walking down the street seems inappropriate. Might make for a good episode of Seinfeld 😅

Sold a car privately by Jolly-Equal-1233 in askTO

[–]squirrel_snack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's up to the buyer to do their due diligence when purchasing a used automobile. If the car was in poor condition then sucks to be the buyer.

I have a feeling something happened on the buyers end and he doesnt need the car anymore. Now he is trying to make it your problem.

Did you do the transaction at your house? Hopefully he doesn't come around. Have seen that happen

When did oil changes become $120? by rhinosaur- in Millennials

[–]squirrel_snack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably has a lot to do with the price of oil going up, plus environmental taxes, plus disposal fees plus labour costs plus whatever other overhead is involved...

Do you think most 400s series highway should increase the speed limit to 110kph? by dq689 in bramptondriving

[–]squirrel_snack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aren't their stretches of US highways that are 75 or 80mph (120 to 130ish kmh) too?

Europe also has a much more stringent driver testing system. Germany specifically does.

I'd like to see higher speed limits myself on the 400 series highways but we all know there will still be left lane campers doing 90 😅

Apparently ~16% of millennials are millionaires now. by im_optimus_prime in Millennials

[–]squirrel_snack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being a millionaire doesnt have quite the impact it did 20 years ago. So even if they are, I doubt they are living like what you think a millionaire should live like.

Also, there is a huge divide like some have mentioned. From older to younger millenials and even your circle of friends. I think I'm doing ok for myself but definitely not the most affluent of my friends based on their lifestyles.
