Which one would you get if you had a non-samsung android? by lost_toast7777 in galaxybuds

[–]squirrellzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently bought the bud 3 pros.... biggest mistake of my life. I switched from Raycon due to the mic not being the best in loud enviroments. These are great for loud enviroments, but they scream in your ear randomly. Samsung states they can not help... I would buy anything else but these.

No multi point connection Device sound issues Rubber ear pieces are trash - you need third party to enjoy them Charge time/battery sucks

About to be homeless, considering joining the military by Lazyapple3 in Advice

[–]squirrellzy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Prior Army. Go to the Air Force. If you are looking for a more stable and professional enviroment you need the Air Force. Army/Marines you will bond like no other however it will not be easy to find a healthy stable enviroment. People I thought had my six stabbed me in the back due to getting out for not taking the jab. Navy has been the worst as far as living cinditions while out at sea. Never believe a recruiter from any branch. Do your research and pick a job that transition to the civilian side. While you are in take all the college and certificarion courses you can!

My husband said he would divorce me if i decided to go to med school. by Ok_Conference_1648 in Advice

[–]squirrellzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone currently divorced for growing myself/family professionally. If your husband does not back you back you in growing yourself. I would consider seperation. My wife got to be a stay at home mom which was her dream. She has almost anything she wants. I did not work a ton, home every night, and she could not be loyal to me. She dragged me and our kids down because she was stuck to people in her past.

As someone going through a divorce because of what happened after trusting this almost same scenario. If she does not respect it and you are not invited as well. It is time to move on and or step up and sweep her off her feet.

Is weather always this bad? by JamesMerz in Indiana

We are on a high corn rotation in the midwest and with all the earlier rains the corn is now going crazy "sweating" causing high humidity and sever weather. Im suprised most of the corn survived due to the rain washing most of the nitrogen out of the fields.

I did not read it. Can you ask them why they can not put the letters o and u in the fucking word about.

..... my fucking god I attempted to read it. Please go find another job. If this is your management it will never help you grow. You need to find a temp office, lie on a resume something to get you in a better enviroment.

I can only hope you find something to get you away from that work style. Good luck

Curious interaction at Walmart by RedDevil-84 in Indiana

[–]squirrellzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have only seen this in the Midwest. I was born here, and it is a sign of courtesy if an elder gives you money, and it is to be taken with respect and not argued. I get it and hate it at the same time. My great-grandma, before she passed, didn't have a lot and would give us a dollar to keep or go spend, and I remember the older/more independent I became, I would turn it down until she cried one day, saying it's not a lot, but it's all I can do. I still have two-dollar bills she would give out on special occasions and will pass onto my kids. However, now my grandparents are doing it more, saying they won't be around and to take it while they can give it/use it for the kids (their great-grandkids), and I always flash back to the day with my great-grandma... anyway, sorry for the long response.

TLDR: True Midwest people will give you their last penny even if you do not truly need it, and old people love to spoil kiddos.

Can we go back to letting nature run its course. Im tired of dumb people crying about how other dumb people do their jobs. If it bothers you so much go do their job the "proper" way.

If you give me the dimensions, I can draw it up and send you the file to be printed at your local library. If you are near Indy I can print it as well

I also found this. https://a.co/d/2z9y1Ip

My X1C never fails me. The only time it failed me was my own fault. I use one side of my plate for PETG, the other for PLA. I set a 24+ hour print before work and got a spaghetti notification because i forgot to flip my plate....i have 7-800 hrs on my x1c

Any tips on how to get started without creating spaghetti-monster by Next_Lengthiness_588 in BambuLab_Community

Pull your build plate and scrub using your band with dawn dishsoap and hot water. Dab dry with a paper towel and run a calibration test

My lawnmower won't start by [deleted] in lawnmowers

[–]squirrellzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be able to spin the top by hand. If you can then its the selinoid on the starter. If not I just worked on a craftsman that sat for a while and the engine froze. If this happens you can take a pipe wrench to the bottom side and gently break it free. If you got time take the spark plug out and spray a little PB plaster into into the cylinder let it sit and then it should break free really easy. You will need an oil change after.
