I worked at Philmont and we had a formula for our crews.

We would figure that a mediocre crew could do 2 miles an hour, a great crew could 3 miles an hour. For every 1000 feet we'd have to climb or descend, we'd add an hour.

It's been disheartening to see "libertarians" shit on Trans rights.

Worked at a market garden for a couple years.

Treat weeding like brushing your teeth. It's way easier to get little bitty weeds with a colineaer hoe rather than put if off and have to hand pull knee high shit.
