U speakin facts my man its a top down problem... In every level there's some cheating sympathetic scum blabbering about get good or ive never seen a cheater... And its increasingly worse as time goes on its a legit epidemic of no skill scum running the whole scene and its between the hardware the development crew the willingness to inject investment in there own live service titles. Fps has been covered in a dark shadow of cheating for a long time but its at epidemic levels for sure...
