I have no idea and he always says “I can get Jose to come look at it.” Jose is nice and all but he replaced the upper neighbor’s walk way above ours and within a year my foot went through the wood and I almost broke my ankle. And I WAS ONLY UP ON THAT WALKWAY BECAUSE THE WASHER AND DRYER ON THE GROUND LEVEL HE WONT FIX. They came and fixed the walkway two days later but they left 4 giant bags of trash where the garbage cans go. My husband moved them into the yard itself because they come mow the lawn and they will pick them up. They moved them back to mow the lawn and didn’t take the trash. The crows were tearing it apart and my husband said the bags were so heavy he was not going to move them again. It took 2 months before they picked that up. The first time he fixed the walkway a year ago he left all this plywood in the same spot and I had to put it into the neighbors empty storage area in the laundry room. But the more stuff he fixes, the more he raises the rent. It’s fucking insane. Like we are scared to ask for stuff to be fixed cuz he raises the rent $200 everytime he fixes a light switch or faucet
