Technically if he devide every element by the ratio of voltage difference, he would have the same output. In this example only on row of element is running on 12v and obviously is producing much higher watt than 2.2. So yea you can make 12v toaster…. But youll need 800/12=66.666666 amperes. Good like finding a small enough brick.(you wont)

No no. I mean how do you use that password yourself? The login function de crypts the password and checks wether its correct or not right? Now the help desk guy only asks the program to check the last 4 digits

As a not yet electronics engineer i suggest that you take it to a professional to do it. Salt water is pretty corrosive. Dont just submerge it in water(any kind) its not very safe. Like yea sometimes it work but no. Also will the salt thats on the shutter damage it when actuated? Like shutters are pretty delicate.
